To tell you the truth: This newsletter might not be for you.

If you don’t value or care about your finances, and becoming better version of yourself, then this newsletter is definitely not for you.

But if you do value your finances and taking care of business, then you’re here to prove to yourself (and your family) that you can do better everyday.

Here are some answers to other questions you may have….

What is Finance Gone Wild?

The name itself might sound unconventional, but I evoke a no-nonsense attitude and tone in this newsletter.

I believe there are two types of individuals in the finance world: future-focused and present-focused.

It's crazy how many people are all about 'live for the moment' and splurging on stuff, but they're totally ignoring their debt.

The reckless disregard for financial responsibility is a troubling trend. This post explains the difference between the two type of individuals.

Who created it?

I'm Charlie Ferrer, an accountant who's been there – drowning in credit card debt and student loans. I graduated right when the economy crashed in 2007, and finding a decent job to pay the bills was a nightmare.

I've spent countless hours digging into personal finance, trying to make sense of it all for people who don't have the time. There's a ton of info out there, and I'm here to share the good stuff.

Can I suggest an idea?

Yes! You can. Email me here.

Why the emoji logo?

Emojis are universally understood and evoke strong emotions, and I believe it’s the ideal visual representation of Finance Gone Wild.

I aim to evoke, to think critically. After all, what's more fitting for a newsletter that's shaking up the finance space?

Besides the emoji — as long as I can help you learn something new or inspire you to take control of your finances, I've done my job.
